In 2009 we started as a team of six with a wall of new product ideas and a dream of bringing them to market. In our previous lives, we worked together in design and innovation consulting. Researching, strategizing and developing everything from welding helmets to vacuum cleaners primed us for picking products with the best likelihood for success. Product #1 was Ello Pure, one of the first glass water bottles to hit the U.S. market.
Today more than ever, we strive to preserve the integrity of the innovation process that got us here.
We believe the right way to design products starts and ends with two key ingredients: process + people. Process is the
path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. People are the secret sauce that
adds ingenuity every step of the way.
We’re perfectionists. Idealists. Creators. Continually tinkering with products and improving processes. This desire
for better, coupled with a deep understanding of consumers’ daily lives, gets us to meaningful delight.
We’re a group of technologists, thinkers, gamers, musicians, cooks, sports fans, coffee lovers, travelers, writers, risk-takers and whiskey aficionados. Together, we navigate each day with optimism, curiosity, a healthy sense of humor and a strong allergy to the word “no.”
